We love them, selectively ...
The American Hungarian Library is in the process of expanding its collection of Hungarian — primarily political publications — published by the Hungarian émigré communities in the United States and Western Europe in the period from WWII until 1989.
If you have any such books, or other publications of unique value that you think would be an important addition to our collection, please contact us.
Due to limited space, lack of storage space and staff, we are unable to accept general book donations at this time!
PLEASE NOTE ANY BOOKS LEFT WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION WILL BE DISPOSED

Hungarian Archives
preserving you memories.
Digitize your old photos and documents with us!
The Hungarian Archives is a free, curated, digital online archive created by the American Hungarian Library and Historical Society for the purpose of collecting mainly amateur pre-digital era photos, documents, and other materials of interest to record the histories and lives of Hungarians living around the globe, their communities and their organizations. The objective is to make this archive accessible for research and general interest purposes, with the ability to crowd-source information where it is missing. The content is freely available to the public for review and non-commercial use under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Public License.
The Hungarian Archives also features our own art collections and historical documents, which we keep expanding.
